Don't think Donald and Grace ever actually married - have found son Angus' birth as Angus Anderson, illegitimate, born 26/6/1883 (date they later give as marriage date) at 176 Rutherglen Road, Glasgow, son of Grace Anderson.

Thanks for all the research . Spoke to my mum she said some of the Hoods did use the name Head. Dont know why. Mary's marriage certificate  does say Donald Hood.

Found Mary Head birth certificate on Scotlands people,  fathers name is Donald Head. So changed their name had changed by the time she married in 1907. So new name for me to look into.
