Help needed to enhance school photo Langley Moor Durham

Hello this a school photo of my late mother Marie Sacco from Langley Moor Durham UK. Any help improving it would be greatly appreciated. Marie is the girl on the far left of the picture.

Just a quickie, will return to it later. Just taken delivery of some 18" bolt cutters and now

    I'm on a rampage :o :o :o :o ;D ;D ;D ;D Work to do I'm afraid.

   The young girl, front 2nd from right, No features available so can't do any thing with her.

    Is there any sellotape on the pic obscuring her face?

very tricky - quite a challenge
