I had a look last night and this morning but found nothing  Found him on 1841 census I think - not sure if details were posted

Very strange that Henry, Ann & family can’t been found on 1861 census 

Although no relationship given on 1841 census presuming that his brother is named David Chant he married 6 Jul 1858 age 24, labourer a Susan Coffin age 18 , his father named William Chant labourer
D & S can be found living at Bowden Hill Street Henstridge in 1861
