They are proving rather elusive on the census

I have found Leonora pre marriage - with parents in Battersea in 1871, b Clapham c1866. With aunt and uncle in Rhyl in 1881, b London c1866. She and William had a child William in 1886, before they married

Yes very elusive on census but I think we've found the birth mother for you Emmie  :)

Thank you guy for your help. still looking into this as we think we found another daugther the same name a year before who probley died.
