Cause of Death

Hi,
Does anyone know what the cause of death is on this certificate? It looks like ‘suddenly falling dead off in chair’. Is this what it says and if so, what might it mean?
Thank you in anticipation.
Jan.

I think it means exactly that.
She was sitting on a chair and fell off....dead. But not from the fall, from a medical event prior. cerebral aneurysm or something similar probably
My grandmother did that. She was playing Whist and just slid off the chair to the floor.
And another person I have researched fell off the stool in his pub.
