1st Clip

You might like to alter the title of your post -

'Know all Men by these Presents that We William Lobb'

....County of Cornwall Shipwright.......
............Bodmin in the said County Cabinet maker and
John Topham of the said Borough Grocer

      ............ John Sheepshanks
......Clerk Master of Arts......

Sheepshanks or to his certain Attorney his Executors Adminis-
-trators or Assigns.......

to which payment well and truly to be made We oblige ourselves
and every of us by himself & themselves

.......... in the fifth year of the Reign of our Sove-
-reign Lady Victoria.........

I think it's John Topham and not Popham as you have written. I can't see a 'P' there,
It could be another 'J' the same as the first letter of 'John. which would make it 'Jopham', which sounds unlikely, but worth considering if you're going to be looking for him.

Clip 2

.....being admitted adminstrator.

make or cause to be made

Line 7 these marks are just fillins to show there’s nothng to be written there

........... (on the fold line)  - looks like ‘last day of February next ensuing and the same Goods'

......... a true and just Accompt.....

..........upon the said Adminstration Accompt....

instituted an Act for the better .....

The clip has cut off the names of the witnesses if that is what your question  marks after 'in the presence of' signify

Accompt = an old word for 'account'

Thanks Goldie61. William Lobb is the object of research here, I am interested in that you spotted "Shipwright" at the top as my ancestor William is confirmed as such, however could you agree that Francis is a "Schoolmaster" ? (on the 2nd clip) Francis Lobb late of Antony Schoolmaster

Yes. He is a Schoolmaster of Antony. (I see you have "Antory" in your transcription.)
Antony is a village in Cornwall, which I'm sure you know.

Thanks, in this case Antony is both a small village and a large-ish Parish that goes right up to Torpoint town which is where William lived, essentially a tale of a family slowly emigrating from West to East Cornwall is emerging.
