Look up Joseph Perry, Clee Hill/Middleton Shropshire

Hi, I'm trying to find a baptism record for Joseph Perry who was born 1826/7 in Clee Hill/Middleton Shropshire. In the 1861 census he and his 8 year old daughter Mary are living with my great great grandparents John and Martha Rogers in Wolverhampton. Martha's mother's maiden name was Perry and I am trying to find if there may be a family connection as I know nothing about her prior to her marriage. I thought this might be a clue. Joseph lists Clee Hill as his birthplace in 1861 and Middleton in other censuses. So far I can't find a baptism for him. Can anyone help?

Does he name a father on his marriage cert?  Wife Caroline died 1854 aged 31 and he remarried to Hannah Wall in 1862

A tree on Ancestry shows his parents as William b 1799 and Elizabeth 1802

Joseph Perry  to Caroline Cape or Cope 
Witnesses  Samuel Cape or Cope  and Lucy Perry

No parents' names given

The marriage to Hannah Wall gives his father as William Perry, a labourer

He named his daughter Lucy - b 1848 Wolverhampton & a servant there in 1861

No baptism for him so far in Shropshire - alt surnames. I wonder if he was RC but the marriage to Hannah was C of E

Add - I didn't see him in the non-c baptisms

GRO entry Sept Q 1848 Wolverhampton has her mother's maiden name as Cope so the RC marriage looks correct.

Thanks both of you for that. I did know about Joseph's marriages but I didn't know the one to Caroline Cope was Catholic. That is interesting as the Rogers were Catholic. Martha's mother was Sarah Perry. She married in Walsall but her husband was from Bloxwich. There was a Father John Perry who was connected to a Catholic Church in Bloxwich, St Thomas the Apostle. I'm wondering if there is a connection but can't seem to find any more out.
