I would say this was Victorian, Edwardian,it's always a good idea to post the whole photo and the reverse for dating purposes.

It looks like that time frame, Carol. I'm wondering if it's late Edwardian because the hair style allowed for those hats!

If you are meaning the  Lydia Friend of Bletchingley  born circa 1834, then I would say it's not her.
