Have you no other info on John Batchelor ?  Name of father or birth address, I presume 1848 is his birth year. ?  The only John I could find of about the right age & district for Holloway is as follows>>

I have not been able to find any if the family in the 1891 census, I did check Bohn St. MEOT but they were not there.
