We have Expired, or rather our Ancestry subscription has ended.
Before it did, I:-
1) went through all the hints on the trees going back to 2xGGP level
2) checked though new DNA Matches
3) created and downloaded Gedcom files for each Family Tree
4) updated Roots Magic 10 on my Windows 11 PC.
5) Tree Shared each Ancestry family tree with Roots Magic 10, used the error checking and database tools and then Backed Up with Media each Family Tree.
6) on our MacBook I started Family Tree Maker and Sync’d each Ancestry family tree with the respective family tree on FTM.
7) made hand written notes in my Genealogy Journal of the above actions.
We are now waiting a couple of days before seeing if we can get Worldwide for £89 as we have for the last three years thanks to the information on this forum.
