Yes this link does seem to work and people in other groups have reported being able to update from a lower subscription to a higher one, with a refund where applicable.

That was my experience.

My renewal subscription isn’t due until July…..it quotes that I will go onto £5 monthly….what will I be able to do with this subscription?

I was about to rejoin, using the Annual Worldwide for £89.99 and have received following renewal prices, in my case would be £99 every 6 months so how would I rejoin

When I read this notification, my first thought was to visit "Findmypast", set up by the British national archives..

From memory I knew I wanted to progress further back with my Munford family. in Norfolk   I got a shock when I saw just how many there were with the same names living more or less in the same villages and mostly with similar dates of births 

I have decided to keep the TV on 24/7 and watch anything that catches my attention.   I shall not e visiting local pubs, especially the one that plans not to celebrate the coronation.

I was getting to the end of a four months £5 per month sub. So cancelled it about half an hour ago and then use the link to get One Year World Wide for £89.99 less the £3.46 I had yet to run on the £5 per month job.
Starting to think - do I really need the relatively expensive Findmypast account.

I've just used the link successfully for a year's world subscription to Ancestry, with a refund of £3.68 on the £5/month UK & Ireland which was due to expire in June. And I didn't even have to use a VPN this time, they obviously didn't care that I'm in Ireland, not the UK. Thank you Sandra.
