I’ve just called them and they’ve given me the discount on the renewal so that it matches the £89.99 that I’ve been paying since 2019!

I agree Cas it would be handy to have that phone number somewhere easily accessible.
I have to say I was tearing my hair out trying to find one!
Duffs - I too found the lady I spoke to very charming… I did hold my breath while she went away to check with someone first before committing to the same cost I’ve had since 2019!

Wonder if Findmypast might be as amenable to being asked for discount…I’ll have see in a few months time when that sub is up!

I paid £59.99 for a year on premium previously for a few years with the link, then caught same deal this year with an Ancestry offer, after chat link with an advisor.

Sounds a good deal, about the same, thanks for sharing, may try this next year if cannot get a discount.
