It looks as if this offer may no longer work according to several forums. Luckily I renewed last week!

Yes, its great, like Sandra,  I have used it for several years now.

I cancel my subscription so it just runs out; (under my account my status shows as guest membership or some such).
I then click on the link and bingo.. it now shows active worldwide membership.

Cant wait for Ancestry to get the 1921 census online, by which time I hope FindMyPast will have ironed out all the transcription errors!
