Hoping someone can help clarify

I got a 6 month subscription say a month ago or so and I keep getting upgrade on my header

I can ignore that but now I have a big ! button

Clicked on it tonight and its telling me

*You will be billed in one payment of $99.99 for a 6-month subscription to Key Australia and UK Records, and you will be issued a prorated refund for the time remaining on your current subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew at list price after the introductory one-month offer unless you are notified otherwise. If you don't want to renew, cancel at least two days before your renewal date. Cancel by visiting the Account Settings section or by contacting us. See our Renewal and Cancellation Terms for further details.

Does this mean I am getting a discounted price ie I originally paid $139aud

If I accept will another $99 get taken out or will they just discount the remainder?

I don't know the answer to your question, but a strange, large button appeared in my screen header a couple of days ago, and it is still there.

When I click on it, it offers me the opportunity to take out a subscription to view UK-only records for £10.99 a month.

I am only 4 months into a 12-month worldwide subscription, so that message makes no sense at all to me.

I've assumed it is some sort of mistake, and maybe the button will disappear!

I am getting the same offer a as Sandra, but am only 2 weeks into a 12 month worldwide subscription. Obviously something has gone wrong with a new 'feature'!

Best to Ancestry Subscription expire, leave it a couple of days and then try the link.

Do of course Turn Off Auto Renewal, it is quite a convoluted process and it is not turned off until you receive a confirming eMail.

I have both Roots Magic and Family Tree Maker on my computer and always ensure both are tree sync’d with the Ancestry trees before the subscription expires.

I did the same but I got an email to say I have successfully cancelled my membership.  Have you looked in your spam folder
