Rawtenstall Cemetery

Hi, I`m doing some research into my girlfriend`s family in Rawtenstall. i was wondering if anyone has access to the plot numbers there and who is interned in the graves. There are a few ancestors in Bethlehem Unitarian Church in Newchurch . I have the grave numbers if that helps.

yes, had a look on there. Have a general map of the cemetery however theres no info regarding the Bethelem unitarian church.

I can see that you mentioned Bethlehem church at the end of your post but your heading was Rawtenstall Cemetery so your query seemed to relate to there  :)

sorry for the confusion. looking for both churchyards really and if anyone has a plan of the actual plot numbers as well as who is interred in them.

Information about Bethlehem Unitarian Church on GEN UKI. Founded 1806. Closure date unknown. Has/had a graveyard.

No mention of a burial register.

Do you want 1) a plan of Bethlehem graveyard or of the non-conformist section of Rawtenstall Cemetery or 2) someone to volunteer to visit the graveyard or the cemetery to locate the graves or 3) burial register for Bethlehem Church?

Rawtenstall Cemetery was founded 1877 according to LANOPC.

it would be a plan of both if possible, can get there myself as my girlfriends mum still lives in the area

If you have some plot numbers, then you can generally navigate by the grave plots that are numbered. (Not all are)

Forgot to say that there's a photo and an engraving of Bethlehem Church & graveyard on GENUKI. Graveyard doesn't look very big or maybe that's only part of it.
I don't know if Lancashire Family History & Heraldry Society has done or published transcriptions or a plan for either location.
There isn't a burial register for Bethlehem Unitarian Church in Lancashire Archives, just baptism and marriage registers. Church registers guide for Non-conformist churches is a pdf in alphabetical order of place.
You say that you have grave numbers. Are they for Bethlehem or the cemetery? If Rawtenstall Cemetery can you work out which section they are in from the plan on LANOPC?
Perhaps if you post some names + dates?
