Elsie Maud Ridg(e)way Nuneaton

I have decided to try and clean up a loose end. I am trying to find Elsie Maud Ridgway born 18/2/1901 Nuneaton.

Her birth registered Ridgeway March qtr 1901 Nuneaton 6d 513. no mmn given.

On her Marriage 9/6/1924 name given as Ridgway father's name given as Arthur Ridgway(dec) platelyer. Living at 15, Whittleford Road, Stockingford.

I am trying to find her with her parents in the census so I can find her mother's name.

I haven't looked at this for a few years years but I had in my notes maybe her RG13/2902 141 8. Parents Albert and Annie. living at Tuttle Hill. I do not have the census image I can look at now. I also found the same family in 1911 living in the same area.

You would need to order her birth certificate to be certain of her mothers name especially if no father is listed as she may have "made up" a father when she married if she was illegitimate. 

Where have you got her exact date of birth from?

Thank you Colin. First of all Oliver Everitt married Sarah Ridgway in 1897 Nuneaton. so it looks like Olivers children were  from his first marriage and Sarah, Alice and Martha were Sarah's daughters from her first marriage. Maybe Elsie is the daughter of one of those three. But thats a great start with the census and I can rule out the family from Tuttle Hill. Alan

I have logged into family search a short while ago and I can't get it to give me information like that for some reason I used to be able to, I'm just useless, but you have given me the link so thats great. I can get the actual marriage from the records office when it reopens its only 5 mins away. Alan I am so grateful.

Using that link you gave me I can now use the search and have now found Sarah and her first husband Charles I A in 1891. Along with the three daughters and two sons.

Do you know who Sarah 's first husband was?

The reason I ask is this 1891 census entry some children's name same as those on 1901 census
