Thanks for all that. I checked the Newspaper archives last night and noticed the wedding in the Belfast Telegraph.

I want to try and bring this line up to date so I need to somehow check whether Beverley had any children and indeed if any whether they had any!

I will have a look at the Joseph's sister route as well. It seems when they moved to Belfast they lost contact with the rest of the family.

I did notice that a Victor Nye (possibly Stella's first husband) died in 1939 which would account for why he seemed to have not appeared on the 1939 Register.

If you check the phone books on the 'Ancestry' website, you will see a potential address for the groom in that marriage up to the last available book I could access (1981). Any children may well be alive, so you won't be able to mention them here.

Just stumbled across this. How was your search with Anthony Dehoney?

I’m also interested as he’s my Great-Uncle. He’s wasn’t Irish, he was Maltese. Him along with his parents immigrated to UK in the early 20s.

I believe he moved with Stella to Belfast and he owed a clothes shop. I don’t know much more but can find out if you’re still interested.
