Can you post full 1891 details as I can't see an 1891 entry matching the profile you have given

Freebmd shows him as Charles Edward?  Cannock was the RD.  He died in 1945 as Charles E

Does the 1891 show his birthplace as Cannock?

If I have the right 1891 entry - birthplace is Brewood - not Cannock ???
