Need help reading latin

Can anyone help reading this Latin at the bottom of a family will I am working on? I have managed to read the rest of the will but cannot decipher the rest.

Let there be probate of the above-written will, and administration according to the tenor of the same, to Elizabeth Passand, relict of the said deceased, Thomas Whitehead, the other executor named in the same will, having renounced etc.

The tuition of Hugh, Ralph, Elizabeth and Catherine Passand, natural children of the said deceased, is assigned during their minority to the same Elizabeth.

The said Elizabeth Passand of Barton under Needwood in the county of Stafford, widow, and Thomas Whitehead of Whorecross [Hoar Cross] in the same county, husbandman, were bound.

Sworn by the executor
<signed> Charles Ashburnham, Deputy

(Say if you need the original Latin written out as well.)

Thank you very much for that it is a great help. Yes, it would be useful to have the original Latin so I can add it to the record.
