looking to find a pic of my great grandmother elizabeth sarah jay mccaffry married frank mccaffry . born 1877 in brighton township cass county iowa. died march 9 1907 in john day oregon. all i have is a picture of her headstone.

That's going to be tough unless she was engaged in some criminal activity or died in some spectacular way that got her into the newspapers.  There's a small tree at FamilySearch.  You could make contact and see if one of her descendants has family photos.
