I was told there maybe a copy of this book on line to download. Is anyone aware of the link at all.

I don’t see it as an E book, but you should be able to get it through your library by interloan as the National Library has a copy on open shelf.

Also, on the Nat Lib site is an address for the author.

I have contacted the author but was then told it was on line.

I live in England so can not order through the local library - or view it in New Zealand.

Thank you for the link.
I tried to download said I had to register with Bank Card details but wouldn't except
my card as only Visa and mine is Visa Debit.

Any other suggestions please.

That seems weird. Visa Debit usually works fine for all those online things.
I've just tried to get to the pay part of the site to see and I can't get past the Casino Game, so you did better than me!
