Help finding Mary Lynch in 1871 or 1881

This is her with her parents Thomas Lynch and Jane Balmer in 1861

Her brother Robert Lynch was born in 1865 and died in 1866.

I believe this is her with her husband in 1891

Id like to know if there were any more Lynch siblings or when her parents might have died but if I could find the family in 1871/1881 that might help me track the death certs.

No marriage on SP for them.  Did you check Roberts birth details to establish mmn was Lynch?

1861 shows Mary was b 1857/58 but 1891 shows 1864

Yes, Parents names come from her death certificate.

What I meant is had you looked at her son Roberts birth cert on SP to confirm her maiden name was Lynch.  It will also give parents place & year of marriage.

There is a 5yr age difference between 1861 & 1891 entries so how have you determined she is the same Mary from 1861?

Logically - you would assume she married James Kain in Scotland if the family remained there from 1861.

Their absence from the 1871 & 1881 censuses makes me wonder if they returned to Ireland.
