Oooooo!!!!! Very layte on parade for this one. Just found it.

I have Solomon's Army record.

Been wondering for years what it meant that he was "imprisoned by civil power" 30th October 1827 to 14th October 1828!!!!!

Looks like we just found out!!!!

Going to have to see what's in that record.

Hi, Solomon is also my ggg grandad (or something like that 😜) If you are on ancestry you can go into my tree and have a mooch if you like, i have a few records you could use, he was imprisoned for stealing a watch, with a few other people but he was the only one who was whipped!! Hopefully you will find some info but i cant get any further than him (cant be bothered going down more rabbit holes)!

Yes he's a bit of a one our Solomon been on his trail for years.

You'd think with that name he'd be an easy one. Not so lol!!!!

He had a hard life bless him. Such a shame losing 2 boys and his 1st wife as well. Very sad.

Am also on ancestry. Morris family tree.
