John George White
« on: Saturday 25 April 20 09:34 BST (UK) »
John George White died in Grahamston on 17 May 1892 aged 87.

I have seen his death record but cannot find a grave. His wife Amelia, died in June 1884 also nearby in Bolotwa where their son in law was minister at the Mission.

Looking for help to find burial places. Many thanks.

Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.

I have to say that my initial guess would be that she is buried at the Mission Station where she died - have you managed to find it's location?

Perhaps the Baptist Union of South Africa may have knowledge of the whereabouts of the records for the Mission Station.  :-\

No joy with that link.

I think the answer lies locally. Anyone know what the local archive or record office is for Bolotwa?
