Not sure  but do you do a Print Preview before you press Print?  This will show you how it will print. It could be that the page layout is wrong.

I had trouble with mine this week, also an Epson. Google gave me a clue to solving the problem, it was printing slant wise.

I did a head alignment and it seems ok. The test pages said you had to check if there were bands in the printed colour boxes and then choose the number that most matched to align it,the trouble was my eyesight !
