ASKEW/NAYLOR Marriage

Folks,
Alfred Tebbutt b 1898 in Lorain,Ohio and Erma Lucille Naylor b 1901 in Adena,Jefferson,Ohio appear as husband and wife in 1930 Federal Census in Lorain,Ohio.
I am missing a record of their marriage having searched familysearch and Ancestry,hoping a local can help me out.

Some records show this man's name as ALFRED TAYLOR ASKEW.
Some records show an alternate spelling of the middle name as ERMA LUCILE NAYLOR.

(Looking at the 1930 census record which shows the age at the first marriage, it would seem to indicate that they got married in 1925, approximately.)

There is a database compiled of all marriage records from all counties in the state of Ohio, but it does not show any listings either for this bride or for this groom.  Maybe they got married in another county , state, or country.  Marriage records in Ohio in each county are kept at the probate court for that county.

Before guessing an event(marriage) might have occurred in another place(county, state) or mis-transcribed, because they do not appear in search of a database, check what's covered in that database collection... That might be where the problem might be?

Not sure you will find those records online at the moment but its always worth checking, new ones come online all the time.
