Yes, it's the birds I have always noticed anyway that I am just so pleased to have about and reminding me to get on with my day.

Plus I had a treat today, ( Monday I believe although has now rolled over to Tuesday NZ )  :) put my hair up in a tidier do and added earrings to my look and we gave the car a run  :D Not far, just to the pharmacy where a repeat script was waiting for husband, he drove and I went in, plus with a very easy entrance to a supermarket managed to get freshly baked hot cross buns  :) Saw quite a few people out walking in the sunshine, mostly in pairs as allowed if in same bubble, also police car behind us on way and one under siren on way back. Took direct route there and different way back but still within same distance from home in a semi-circle, there and back well under an hour but about a mile further from home than our closest supermarket we've been to twice since lockdown.

:-\ Have you also been playing Hey Hi with the greeting ? or testing my observation that I've only noticed it in last day or two. It's mostly Hi mare! but sometimes Hey mare!  :D

Still wondering a little about this  :P ...  I notice the hey mostly on the home page I think  :-\ but not really until recently and again unsure  ;D

Watching two yellow hammers and two wagtails on the verge whilst out for our walk.
Watching the blue tits who've used, for the second year running, tgebox OH put up on the hawthorn tree. Sheer delight.

There have been a couple bumble bees buzzing about in our garden. Has a little chat with them  :)
Also, the birds are still coming to the  bird feeders. Lovely to have some company when I take a stroll.

If I may join in.  We have had a Magnolia Stella out in blossom for a wee while now, but today the Magnolia Susan is starting to open its buds.  What a lovely promise of things to come!

My white magnolia - think it's "Stella" has been in flower for over a week now, but the pink one hasn't opened a bud yet!
