I am so enjoying myself already. Maybe we could all perform something we've always wanted to do but not done for various reasons. Could I try a karioke (sp?) please as I was told I couldn't sing when I was 10 years old. Bit older now!

I would do morris dancing if I was physically able and if I could remember steps. Then again, neither of those  obstacles matter as it's a virtual party. Imagine the sound of tinkling bells (loud tinkles), sticks clashing and pristine hankies waving. Irish jig as encore.

Rishile you did a brilliant job suggesting the party in the first place. I think most of us need a bit of light relief.

I don't think we should stop --- it's what happened just now which made me feel bad. We do need cheering up -- I know I do. The whole atmosphere of daily life feels really down at the moment.

We'll see if others turn up!

Yes we are living in uncertain and worrying times but life still does go on.  There are many rootschatters at home either alone or with partners who are glad of a bit of light relief from all the doom and gloom.
We know it’s a serious situation but surely we can still have a little bit of fun .?

So if you are feeling that it's not right for you at the moment - and who can tell anyone else's personal circumstances - then there's no need either to open it and read it, or participate.

In the best possible way, suit yourself.

Essential. We're in it for the long haul.
 Personally, I'm experiencing more anxiety now than when I confronted the prospect of my demise several months ago. Humour, often black, is one of the best ways of coping. Other ways are companions (virtual or phone) who take one's mind off It, whatever It is, and imagination. I take my mind away to another place or time.
