Brilliant idea Boris et al for suggesting supermarkets give key workers an hour of their own to shop. In our area many older people got themselves up and out for the 8.00 to 9.00 slots only to find that there was still no bread, no eggs, and a bag of flour is now rarer than a loo roll.
I listened to an ambulance driver this morning, he had called in to his supermarket after a 14 hour shift. No bread, no milk, no bacon, no cheese, and he had children at home.
Where is all the food that disappears as soon as it hits the shelves. Surely sooner or later the greedy folk will have had their fill
