I'm "breaking up the day" into sections - kitchen tasks, tidying etc, after breakfast, Then gardening if fine /housework if not, until lunchtime.
After that, sewing / mending/ironing etc, then crossword or reading, in garden if weather permits. Then a spell online, before early evening television news.
Then preparing for dinner. after clearing that away, a spell reading /watching television, talking, 'phoning family and friends, watching usually things recorded rather than real time scheduled stuff.
No longer watch late evening news, depresses me too much.
And so to bed....
