Mmmmm .. difficult with nothing to compare against.
Looks like Botschan / Botshaw or Bolschaw.
But I wonder if it is an attempt at Robertson by someone very elderly /infirm, or semi-literate.
Milligan - Jardine – Glencross – Dinwoodie - Brown: (Dumfriesshire & Kirkcudbrightshire)
Clark – Faulds – Cuthbertson – Bryson – Wilson: (Ayrshire & Renfrewshire)
Neale – Cater – Kinder - Harrison: (Warwickshire & Queensland)
Roberts - Spry: (Cornwall, Middlesex & Queensland)
Munster: (Schleswig-Holstein & Queensland) and Plate: (Braunschweig, Neubruck & Queensland & New York)

I think you may be correct Neale1961, it could be ROBERTSON.

I see the entry on FreeReg doesn't give the witnesses names.

Modified to add:
I see that there is a David ROBERTSON (born c1810, Westminster) married to Susannah ROBERTSON (born c1813) in the 1861 census at Rochester Row. They would likely be in the right age bracket and place.

I also agree that it is very likely to be Robertson.

Comparing it to the David Robertson signature immediately above I think the likelihood of it being Robertson is high.

In my opinion it begins with B-a-t-s.  The third letter is crossed and the fourth can be compared with the s in Susan.

After that the letters become more ambiguous, although the tall letter looks clearly to be h.

Possibly something like:

Batschan or Batschem
Batschaw or Batschew
Batscharr

I can't see Robertson and notice no sign of infirmity or illiteracy in her handwriting.

I suggest Susan Balschan or possibly Batschan but I tend to think the crossing of the letter t is bleed through from the other page.
If the image is online go back to the image and click through to the next page and compare from that side if the crossing of the t has gone it was obviously a t rather than an l.

I would also check a number of pages before and after to see if that witness has signed any other entries in the register, (possibly even the entry above).
Cheers

Looks like Susan Batschein to me.
There are a few hits for the surname Batschein on the internet.
