Is the Walter Charles Carter who died in WW2 (Dunkirk?) age 31 4 Royal Berks son of Walter and Ada Carter of Sutton Scotney related?

No this is a different Walter Charles, our Walter died in 1965 in the Aldershot district. In 1930 he was A Corporal in the 2ND Bart Royal Berkshires stationed in Aldershot service # is either #5330554 or 5338554 and by 1934 he was a Sergent in the Indian Army Corp of Clerks.
