There is the death of an Annie Blaza, aged 51, Sculcoates 9d, 182, 3rd q. 1919

No need to buy the certificate! Annie was buried at the Western Cemetery, Hull, 9 August 1919.
The register has all the info.
Died 5th August.
Age 51
Wife of Charles Blaza, Rullyman
Residence given as 5 Whitedale Gloucester St.
But it looks like she died in Sculcoates Workhouse.
Cause of death General paralysis :(

Buried in compartment 555 grave 5391
But also says D.G.
As it does on the graves register, where (her) burial number is struck through (meaning?)

Next one in that grave is 72332, Arthur Sayer, age 48, in 1938. Then Herbert Gray, 30, a Gunner in the Royal Artillery, who was buried in 1940.

I have also just seen a Charles and Anne Blaza in 1901 living in poplar this has Charles down as being born Norfolk then it is crossed out and Lowestoft added. Anne is down as being born metfield
But the surname looks like Blaya so not sure

It says Blaza here: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:X945-Y5N

Possible birth of the John who is with them in 1911, given that the marriage for Arthur and Elizabeth was registered in Mutford.

It is also transcribed as Blaza on FindMyPast.
At first glance it does look like 'Blaya', but just look a couple of lines above at Eliza Lepine, and note the unusual way in which the enumerator wrote the letter 'z' with an extra little loop at the beginning. The surname is definitely Blaza.

Sorry Folks
I am so grateful for your assistance here, have been away from computer looking after my mother, apologies for delay in replying.

I am so sure we have found the right one and I am very grateful to you all for your help, sometimes a second pair of eyes or 3 or 4 pairs in this case can see what you are missing. Although it was not blocking our research it is so good to have that gap filled on the tree.  The man clearly got about over the years lol.  ;D
