I would have thought it good to get an exact date of birth for Nina/Nancy.

Hooray - a bit of a clue - birth of James 1919

Any proof that he was ever in Ireland??

Just a little outside of Dublin!   ;D

Any proof that he was ever in the fine city of Dublin?

Firstly. . . The name rang a bell. . . .  .So I had a quick look online there and the photo of the house is very like one I seen in somebodies album many years ago. .  . . .Thats the house. . .  . .They had a big famliy. . . .  .Doesnt explain the Dublin thing though but I'd be betting that for her family Dublin/Dundalk was all one in their eyes. . . It was Dublin I heard. . .  . ..  .Nina went North and her and her sister looked after their father for I think 4 years up to his death in 1957. . . . . .Now why things jog ones mind I know not. . . .  . . .Here is Una's death notice with a few of the families names none of which I think are around so should be okay. . . . If its not okay to share I'll soon remove it again. . .  . .Any little thing that might help
