Just a quick question here to ask if anyone is familiar with above RAF research forum?

I tried registering on this a few days ago and the automated part seemed to go through and be accepted just fine, however attempts to login suggest the new account is still awaiting manual approval from the sites administrators.

The message shown suggested that if this seems to be taking longer than expected to e-mail them to introduce yourself and explain that you are not a robot intent on spamming the forum; that this should speed up manual approval.

I've done so but had no acknowledgement to my e-mail, and my new account is still listed as awaiting manual approval.

Does anyone know if this is usual or how long it typically takes to set up a new account? … Clearly without the ability to post on their forum I cannot ask such questions  where they might be seen by the administrators I really need to be taking to.

Cheers
HH

Do you have either of these email accounts because if you have you might have a long wait:

my e-mail is provided through my own business server, though if they are experiencing a high volume of spam users that may explain the slow turn around for manual approval.
