I am assuming you are talking about 615108 Walters.
He served first in the East Yorkshire Regiment and later in the Labour Corps. He has a Silver War badge which you can see on Ancestry in the Awards and Decorations of Honor (sic) sect. There are also a medal index card for him (top of the list) and the associated 1914/15 Star roll and the British War and Victory medals roll.
Unfortunately, his service record has not survived (60% or so were lost in WW2 to bombing).
I don't have access to his Fold3 record which may identify his disability but won't have much on his service if anything although it may give his Labour Corps company number..
That said, from the dates and entries on his medal card we can tell he enlisted on 31 Aug 1914. He went overseas with 4th Battalion East Yorks with the service number 2395 arriving in France on 17 April 1915. We have to assume he remained with the E Yorks until, perhaps because of the wounding, he was transferred to the Labour Corps (this was not established until Apr 1917 ). His Labour Corps number 615108 unfortunately doesn't tell us anything (more lost records in WW2) except that he must have transferred early in 1917 before the East Yorks were renumbered.
His Silver War Badge resulted form his discharge for "sickness" - without records we don't know although as said, it may be on the pension record.
The war diary for 4 E Yorks (two parts) is here on Ancestry:
https://www.ancestry.co.uk/search/collections/60779/That at least would show part of his experiences.
