Hi

would anyone be able to do me a 1841 look up for Eliza Wilks born c1820 census states Halstead in Essex I know that she married a James Mundy Barking Essex c1821 but cannot find the date for this marriage either.

Any information would be gratefully received.

Hi Bryan,

This could well be the marriage as their first child was born 1840 and Mundy has been spelt several different ways.

Thank you very much this is something I can now look into and hopefully go forward.

Hi there Mimosa

Eliza Wilks & James Mundy (MONDY on marriage cert) were married at Barking St Margarets on 31st March 1839. Fathers were respectively John Mondy and Joseph Wilks - both labourers.
