Decipher handwriting for place of birth

Can anyone decipher the places of birth on this marriage certificate for James Todd Chambers and Margaret Jane Mead(e)? It is the bottom marriage.
Thurley, Chambers, Meade, Nugent, Rewell

What country/ district did it take place in?

He: St Andrew Scotland

her: Limerick Ireland.

Possibly St Andrew's Scotland and Limerick Ireland.
