thank you for your interest.I have sent for the marriage certificate of g.child/s and a jones.1838
so we might be able to put it together then.the birth certificates of the children of ann & george still state mother as williams though. jan.

Sorry confused to your ref to the Birth Certs?

I childs Cert should say, Mother Ann Childs, formerly Jones, nee Williams if what we think is correct.

Hello,The birth certificates of the children do not say mother ann child/s formerly  jones,nee williams.
perhaps if I got the first birth cert.for william george child/s born march died dec 1840 it might say this!.jan.
