I think your John T. Cappell is living in Bay City, Michigan in 1930 with wife Ila or Ida (b. England) and two daughters.  If you could locate a marriage or death for him that might help.

I did find John T. 's marriage to Ila Scott on Ancestry.  This appears to be a second marriage - his first ended in divorce, filed in MI but married in Kansas.  This also found on Ancestry.  Unfortunately no info that would really help you.

John Cappell dies 20 Jul 1900 in Bay City, age 51, b. Canada, father Elisha Cappell, b. irelandThis places his birth in 1849 or so...perhaps he is your P. Henry's father? Mrs. J. Cappell signed, is she Eliza Cappell on the census? Too young to be Henry's mother, maybe a stepmother.

Yes, the John T Cappell in Bay City in 1930 is my family but it is not the same John T that is listed in the previous info I posted referencing the 1900 census with P. Henry and Daisy Cappell. I am thinking the P. Henry Cappell could be a nephew of the John Cappell I am looking for. I am looking for any info on P. Henry, Daisy, Patrick F., Sarah N., or Grant L. Cappell that would help me find out P. Henry Cappell's parents or even other family members.

Ultimately, I am trying to see if I can connect P. Henry Cappell with the John Cappell b. 1849 Canada. Info on John Cappell that I have:
John CAPPELL - born June 13 1849. English Canada ?
Info per Death Registration of John -states father was Elisha CAPPELL - born Ireland.

MARRIED: Eliza / Elizabeth Jane SMITH born October 13 1861. English Canada.

BORDER CROSSING - Canada to USA - for John CAPPELL - Family of Eliza SMITH. - NO RECORD OF BORDER CROSSING FOUND.

In 1900 my John Cappell b. 1849 Canada and his family (wife: Eliza Jane, Kids: John Thomas, William Henry, Emerick Foster & Edward Gilbert.) live down the street from P. Henry Cappell. I wasn't sure if this was a coincidence or hopefully they are relatives and could be the help I need in finding John Cappell's parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces or nephews - ANYONE lol I have been stuck for three years now trying to find John Cappell prior to 1878 and searching for his fathers name, Elisha Cappell, that is listed on his death certificate hasn't been any help.

Thanks for all the help!!!

You're welcome, sorry I wasn't able to find anything new for you.
You have a question mark after Englis Canada, in case you are unsure of that, it means one of two things, either the person is from Canada but outside Quebec, or they might come from Quebec but are English speakers.  In your case, Ontario seems the likely place of origin, but not guaranteed.
I think you have likely tried newspapers?
My husband says he knows there were Cappells in Owen Sound (Bruce Co.) but has no idea how they spelled the name.

Yes, I have tried newspapers in genealogy bank which is just for the United States.I don't know how to check newspapers in Canada. It would make sense if John Cappell b. 1849 lived in Bruce Co. because that is where his wife was born. I haven't been able to connect any to John because I haven't been able to connect any of them to him in Michigan. Any suggestions?

Have you tried the Bruce County Ontario Genealogical Society?  They have a website.  Most Ontario counties have a branch of the OGS and I know the one here in my county  is very active and helpful.
