?? Labourer I think - but can't work out the first word, which seems to almost run into the 'L' of Labourer.  the last three letters might be 'ral'

Can you find him anywhere else which might have clearer writing - in a census maybe?  I gather this is a certificate or some kind??   Not enough other writng to compare it.
