Have you received all your wills?

Did it arrive as just one download or are there two.  I thought that the first one that I opened was incomplete then I noticed there were two items to 'click'

One download, just a missing page.......again.

I have now ordered the same will twice, and received the same message that some of the information is incorrect or missing.  On the second occasion I contacted them - 3 December 2019 - and received acknowledgement the same day with a hint of a response within the next 2 days, but not received.  I have contacted them again, detailing the order number, date of death, date of probate, probate office and added the page number from the index.  Should they require it I did a "snip" of my order and the image from the page. 

I may not hold my breath in anticipation of a response.

Hey    I've just received a second slightly more detailed acknowledgement to today's question as to why they are unable to find the will.

I've just received my last will which was ordered in July yay

I may have found a back-stop, although it will cost me £10. 

I think that Wakefield Archives may have a copy of the will    If the will in question was not for a direct ancestor then I wouldn't bother, but this is my 2x great grandfather and I'd like to have it.

I ordered one (for a post-2000 death) on Sunday evening and got an estimated delivery of today. It just arrived. I can't complain.

It confirms some guesses and gives some new leads to follow up.

I assume the more recent ones are already digitised and can be processed more rapidly. Two days is still pretty impressive though.

I ordered 3 recent wills on the 3rd and they arrived on the 5th as promised, I think you right and that they are just easier to process

My 2 month in transit one was also recent, circa 2004. I guess the  new orders are getting bumped to top of the pile!
