I usually get these things wrong but I will have a try.

14th November, 1867.
Charles Mulloy. Father Barney Mulloy, Carpenter, Dumnaskia.
Mother. Mary Mulloy, formerly Gallagher.
7th column says The mark of Barney Mulloy, father, Dumnaskia

Hopefully someone who is better at this will come along soon.

It could be that a) the person taking the details wrote it how they heard it
                        b) spellings were much more fluid than nowadays
                        c) I've misread the writing

Cant read the town name clearly. However the registrar has signed it as being District of MALIN in the union of INISHOWEN, county of DONEGAL. Date 31 Jan 1868. Someone familiar withthe area might be able to provide the name of the place . Regards Orkrad
