There is a Homestead Grant in Spruce Home, Saskatchewan dated May 23, 1911
(pages 446-454)
Thomas Chambers, b. Eirnstown(?), Ireland, last residence Parry Sound, occupation lumberman,
died April 1, 1913 in Spruce Home. The grant was taken over by wife Margaret.

So grateful for all responses. Some collaborated what I had found and some added, especially Death of Thomas Chambers Sr. info.  I searched and searched. Then I put question to RootsChat and went to bed on west coast of BC and awoke to your replies.
I have his birthplace as Enniskillen, County Fermanagh Ireland.
