I have only just started looking into them after joining Ancestry after a break but I've got them arriving in Australia.

How is your friend connected to them?

My Gran was a Pickering.

George's brother Abraham was my Great Great Grandfather.

John Pickering, George's Dad was my GGG Grandfather.

My friend is granddaughter of Mathew Lonsdale Pickering, son of George. George died in Helensburgh NSW, it will take me a while to find the info as I have put it all away.
