Where is Chriustall?

I have a marriage which took place at St Peters, Leeds in 1627. The groom is from Headingley and the bride is from Chriustall. I am having the greatest difficulty finding anywhere that remotely resembles Chriustall - anyone got any ideas?

Maybe Kirkstall, not to far from Headingley  :)

Kirkstall was my first thought too, and I gather it was sometimes rendered "Churchstall" around the time of the Civil War, which seems closer to the version you've got.

I found the marriage on FreeReg and they have it as Chriustall. I haven't seen an image of the actual register to see exactly what it says.
