Whether it is mining or any other industry, it is good to see that records have been kept and that they are now available to descendants. It all adds to the knowledge (good or bad) of our ancestors and the lives they had to lead in order to survive.
I agree...and where would the general public be without the fuel they mined, working in such extremely difficult and dangerous conditions.
