Umm... well there's a Charles CARTY - he was a Private who was involved in the Rum Rebellion ... he was the aide-de-camp to the chap who led the Military ... but that was in Major Geo JOHNSTON, 26 Jan 1808... he had arrived in 1802, and went back to England when Johnston went to face the court martial...
