I think there are a few still outstanding:

41.1 - probably therm^mr (for thermometer)

42.1 - I would transcribe it the same as you

48.1 - looks like 'konkar', whatever that might be

50m.1 - it looks as though it might start 'wei...', but from the context I wonder if it's 'wished' (partly hidden)

50m.1 your idea seems resonable.
