People who have documents , can you list all the information for BDM events for the people mentioned here.

Emily dies in 1862, leaving several small children. If husband John does not remarry, who is raising these children?

According to the same Ancestry Tree, John died in 1861. I'm currently trying to obtain a death record to confirm, although there are several possibles around that time.
